Today, the brilliantly talented conductor Lawrence Foster turns 75. We can’t let this day go by without a few mentions of the rich and colourful oeuvre of this wonderful musician. At age 75, Foster is still full of energy and is musically at a unparalleled heights. 

Foster has collaborated multiple times with PENTATONE. Just this year, two of our releases were enriched with his great conducting: Der Zigeunerbaron and Fantasies, Rhapsodies & Daydreams with Arabella Steinbacher.  According to Musicweb International
