What can I buy on your webshop?

PENTATONE is releasing albums in SACDs, CDs, Vinyls, and in digital formats, namely WAV, FLAC Stereo or Surround or DSD.

Physical Orders

Where is my shipment?

Our warehouse is located in Germany. Currently, we are working towards a tracking system for you to follow your order. Until then, your order will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days.

How do I change my delivery address?

While ordering:
After shopping, you Proceed to Checkout. Beneath your personal details, you can opt to use a different delivery address and fill in the information.

After placing your order:
Please send an e-mail to [email protected] a.s.a.p. and we will do our best to inform our warehouse before it is shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Before payment:
You can cancel your order by reducing the quantity to zero and then click on update cart.

After payment:
Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your request a.s.a.p. and we will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped. Do not forget to provide us with your order number, the item you want to cancel and your banking details. We are not able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Where can I find my downloads?

Your downloads will be available on  your account.  Click on the account icon on the top right then you will find the menu on the left side. You can expand the Downloads section to find your digital files.

How long will my digital files be accessible?

Your downloads will be available for one year.

How do I cancel my order?

Before payment:

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the login section (top right of the menu) and select forgot password. Then you can type in your email address and click reset password.

How can I remove my account?

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your request and we will remove your account.
