Chloe Chua “plays Mozart with a clean focused tone, an elegant turn of phrase and a quiet wit”

In a recent very positive review in The Guardian of her latest album “Mozart: Violin Concertos” with Singapore Symphony Orchestra, maestro Hans Graf and featuring Ziyu He, Chloe Chua’s Mozart playing was described as having “a clean focused tone, an elegant turn of phrase and a quiet wit”, also writing that the “teenage prodigy’s interpretations are balanced and mature”.

As well as the concertos, The Guardian also chose to highlight the Sinfonia Concertante, for which Chua is joined by the violist Ziyu He, writing that “his mellow-toned lines dovetailing perfectly with hers.”
