Named Among Classic FM’s Rising Stars 2026
Lukas has been selected for Classic FM’s prestigious 30 under 30 list, celebrating the brightest and most inspiring classical musicians of his generation.
Recognised as one of today’s most influential organists, Lukas made history in 2022 when he became the first classical musician to perform in Lviv following the outbreak of war in Ukraine. His benefit concerts supported victims of the conflict, demonstrating the profound humanitarian role music can play in times of crisis.
Beyond the concert stage, Lukas founded the global initiative Organ For Planet, a visionary project connecting organ performances with social and environmental awareness worldwide.
At just 29, the Austrian artist continues to combine artistic excellence with intellectual depth, currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Southern California.
Being named a Classic FM Rising Star places Lukas among an exceptional international cohort of young artists shaping the future of classical music.
